Aron Susut It is if you’re not dressed for it and are outside for an hour in it. Nothing on his head at all. That would be cold to anyone after an hour, especially if it was windy. I for one send my kids out inadequately dressed into temperatures at least 10 degrees colder than this bc everything's a competition and I want to be sure they know that. Please, tell us about that and how you clearly must think it’s no big deal and every innocent child should experience the same. Where I live (southern Brazil), in the winter, the temperatures hit 0°C or even less with good frequency, what sounds like no big deal at all for most of you guys, but ALL of our clothes "perspire" and let the wind pass through the tissue pores and touch the Baby Grinch And Stitch Shirt, what is just horrible.
