She
called every day on her honeymoon cause he’d gotten cancer. He died at 18 years
of age. Best cat ever. Great story Mary, my brother and I dressed our cat up in
doll clothes too, put him in the doll carriage too, could not have put him in
high chair....but fun time none the less. Thanks for sharing your memory. No
just a regular old barn cat. He was solid gray and resembled a Russia Blue but
he was from a litter that lived in the barn to keep the mice at bay. We had
horses and one of the neighbors raised chickens (kind of commercially, I think,
they had tons) and I don’t remember whose barn cat had the litter but we ended
up with “Sooty”. That's how kids should treat Pooh You Are My Sunshine My Only Sunshine Tank Top wee girl clearly being
taught to be good to her cat not jumping all over them like some parent allow
then wonder why the animal retaliate. Very nice very cute. Melts my heart.. All
children should be raised with a pet. Teaches them love, compassion and
responsibility.. We definitely need more of that in this world. I used to sing
this to my kitty Samantha all the time, from the day I got her as a kitten. I
sang it to her while she was being put to sleep at nearly 19 years old. I miss
her. Never listen to the next verse though - I never heard it until I got a CD
of nursery rhyme songs for my son. It's awful, I was ugly-crying in 3 seconds
flat. And kitty is hugging her with his/her paw! Such a special bond! My son
had a cat when he was about six years old and it was like having a lil brother.

Our cat, Smokey lived to be 22 yrs old. Just goes to show what love can do for a human & feline bond! Melts my heart, I used to sing Rock a bye Baby to my Black cat Licorice when he was a kitten. He actually liked it, which was good since I can’t carry a tune to save my life..He crossed the Rainbow Bridge years ago, my other black cat Boo doesn’t like being sung too..oh well. Oh my God. This is the second video I've seen now with this child and this cat. (In the first, she was reading to him.) They are so cute and so sweet! They both clearly love each other and their interactions. Love it! It is great for kids to be exposed to animals, especially pets of their own. It shows them compassion and responsibility and helps them understand that animals give love unconditionally and we, in turn, love them and their company as well!. Starting with kittens-need to be held and loved. Held gently and treated with kindness-they are God’s creatures and we are to treat them with love and compassion. In turn they provide a lifetime of unconditional love.

We have a cat that is in love with my 11 year old daughter who has Williams syndrome, but unfortunately she is scared of animals so she won't get this close to her - our Lucy would soooo lay like this with my girl if she would let her. I know that somehow Lucy knows she is special needs and she watches her - she will come wake me up if she hears sounds in her room, she doesn't even want to come Pooh You Are My Sunshine My Only Sunshine Tank Top after kiddo is in bed so that she can watch her door. It's amazing and I know they would be like this if Abby wasn't afraid. Precious!! I have two cats inside and my Pun'kin is an orange tabby like this one except for the white feet.
