Salsa two ways
Blanching the Tomatoes:
Slice the tomatoes into 4 but only halfway (Like shown in the video)
Then put them in some boiling water. Let it sit for a while.
Remove the tomatoes and put them in some ice cold water. Remove skin and chop into small pieces.
Salsa Mexicana
Tomatoes – 3 (Blanched and de-skinned)
Onion – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2tsp
Coriander – 2 tsp
Jalapeno – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Tobasco sauce (Optional) – 1tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Method –
Take a bowl and add the tomatoes pieces. Add some chopped onion and garlic.
Add some coriander and jalapeno to the mix.
Add chilli flakes and salt.
Put in a tablespoon of tomato ketchup and tobacco into the bowl. Add in some lemon juice.
Mix well.
Serve with nachos.

Salsa Indiana
Tomatoes – 3 (Blanched and de-skinned)
Green raw mango – ¼ cup
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Coriander – 2 tsp
Green chillies – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Green chutney – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Black salt– 1tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Salt – To taste

Sprinkle some salt, black salt and jeera powder
