What CNN failed to tell you in the “headline” is that this was a
“controlled demolishing” and not just a random building collapse! Guess they
forgot that part! It wasn't controlled. They were preparing it for that,
but someone took out a load bearing wall and when they realized it, they got
the workers out and waited for what they knew would happen, but this is not the
way it was supposed to go. But missed an important aspect
"Police said there was a demolition permit on file for the site, but not an implosion permit. Demolition refers to the general process of tearing down a building, while implosion is specific to the use of explosives to quickly bring down a structure". From appearances. Certain parts of the structure were cut and ready for demolition ..but I think it looks like it fell without the explosives... And not quite on point .. it's like .the center falls into the back part on the right which brings it down on top of the center and that front part was way off , with potential for casualty because of how it fell away from the structure... I'm no expert , just giving opinion... I think it was supposed to be a controlled demo and fell early... Cause they don't just use explosives.. you gotta cut the structure ..precision . We learned that watching the twin towers fall.. Bane from Batman or just time he he blew up the going for good and unbelievable it's not like when he was on the airplane with the CIA or killing Leonard Pavel apparently died and so far when you going exploded this was better than the football stadium that got blown apart and Gotham City which was most the most hilarious thing and most of the most of the cops are down in the tunnel which unbelievable we was the most unbelievable part of the movie just going was chosen for the new Batman movie this year they'll be released in 2019 go see a v in December. Natural disaster? Why didn't affect other buildings around?.

"Cabada told CNN that the building was slated to be demolished in sections this week, but instead it collapsed completely." What needs to be done to prevent similar incident from happening again? What is the development ? Anyone to be apprehended for that incident? Is called control demolition, and the Government and the owner of the structure agree to bring the building down, that why is u see emergency crew and ambulance around with camera to supervise the demolition. This is obviously biased to support UK and USuniversity. The best university in the world is Bihar University. 20,000 students passed an exam that only 11,000 students took.

Can any other university match those magical numbers? UK Cambridge and Oxford universities are consistently ranking in world top 10. But we do not see many world class companies from UK. That shows university ranking alone does not guarantee excellency in business. This list is created by a UK organization and is heavily biased towards UK institutions. 3 UK schools in the world top ten? Give me a break. No argument there. UK definitely ruled the world of quality rock music specially in the 60s,70s, and 80s but not the world of academia in 2016. Paul Noble 99.9 vs 100 is just the same. And if you say Oxbridge carry more weight , look at their alumni vs the 2 best Ivy's ones for the last 100-200 years ? ( 2 US vs 2 UK ?).
