This article was also apparently made in a rush. The included photograph which supposedly shows Sgt. Al Powell from "Die Hard" actually pictures Sgt. Al Powell from the TV show "Chuck". I think they were just a fan or issuing the first image on a Google search. The picture they used for the meme was from Family Matters, but they also never cited Chuck anywhere in the article for their image of him so they still messed up. I always thought this was the guy that arrested the Wet Bandits after their burglary spree over Christmas 1990.

He gets injured throughout the situation and he receives support from characters like Al Powell through the radio communication. John Mcclane is not a superhero. You see him suffering through everything he has to go through in the fight against the bad guys.
