Sometimes if you’ve done too many wrongs and prosecutors have an overwhelming amount of evidence against you, the deal is really no better than a jury conviction...I have to assume that’s where he is.
The witness tampering on his part was a BIG mistake. Rob Milesnick you're absolutely right. The only reason he's not talking in my opinion, is because this is a federal case and trump could pardon him if he's convicted.
