Hi, is it possible to get the recipe from the cake please? I would love to make that myself because I don't live close by . Didn't know that bright rainbow colors, glitter, sparkles and such is what made a unicorn a unicorn.. I always thought it was the single horn protruding from its forehead. It looks good but the chemicals used in the food colouring and the sugar content is not healthy for anyone. I cam appreciate how good it looks but folks should check the ingredients... It's a dessert restaurant. No one coming in here should complain about the food and drinks being unhealthy. ALL DESSERT IS UNHEALTHY. I don't know anyone who would lool at that and think "health food" in the first place. Lol sometimes you just want a treat, it wont kill you. All of these comments a shining example why the USA has the highest rate of diabetes in the developing world and an obesity epidemic. Yall are dumb as hell. Try pulling that "live life to the fullest" shit when Trump takes away Obama care and your pre-diabetic self is stuck without insurance because of pre-existing conditions.  Not saying it should be "healthy" but as far as dyes, they are horrible for you, so many companies are replacing artificial dyes with natural ones. I don't need to eat color, I can look at a damn painting! I still will eat it. But when you say food coloring has been used for many years, it hasn't. Chemically produced coloring was introduced in the 80s. It is fairly new and there are numerous studies that show coloring that isn't plant based may have many health effects on your body, especially young children. There's no reason for it. I am living in Europe right now and many of the ingredients that are legal and FDA approved in America aren't common or available here because food companies focus on the product rather than the money. It's not "chemical phobia". It's a fact and you shouldn't criticize someone else for being concerned about what it put in our food.

Would I go to this cafe? Hell yes. That cake looks bomb as hell lol. Beth Rose Tooley hard to believe it the 80s were 30 years ago. While that is still relatively new in the history of the world, 30 years is a long time and I'm pretty sure it's ok to say it's been used for years...especially since it implies plural which is more than 1. All I could think watching this video was "artificial food coloring". I'd much rather enjoy a raspberry croissant filled with homemade raspberry preserves from my local No One Is Illegal On Stolen Land Shirt! 2 of my kids go completely bonkers from red dyes so that is all that was running through my head as I was watching this too!! I can't even give them fruit gummies! And let's hope it's gluten gmo and sugar free.  😑 live your life and stop being a control freak! It's suppose to be fun and a treat. Not an everyday thing.  Food coloring HAS been around at least 60 years. And I think this place can put as much sugar as they want to in what ever they want too. Don't go there. I know about 20 little girls that would love a rainbow cake like this one. And if THEIR moms let them what would you do turn her In for child abuse ??
