can't agree. It smacks of "oh aren't you ordinary plebs honoured to have a
Hollywood star deigning to grace you with his presence". I'd have been
annoyed. Old people always have something to complain about.. I would've been
chuffed to bits, Tom Hanks is a top dude. I lost my watch at a party
once. An hour later I saw some guy stepping on it while he was sexually
harassing some woman at that party. Infuriated, I immediately went over,
punched him and broke his nose. No one does that to a woman, not on my watch.
Possibly the most pointless interview question in the history of news
broadcasts? How did you manoeuvre your body for this selfie Ryan to accomplish
such a feat? What a super cool human Tom Hanks is, not only a
fantastic actor but a truly nice man, he could have just kept on jogging but
took a few minutes out if his day to make super memories for this couple.
I had an uncle who would turn up at weddings in shorts.
Since he wasn't Tom Hanks, most people didn't care. And never did anyone pose for pictures with him.

Thanks, Hanks. I think it shows his love of life...he asked to share in their happy day and they were happy to share it with him....keep smiling Tom. A NY cabbie was on HONY a while back telling about how he gave a ride to Hanks, at first refusing because his shift was over, not knowing it was him since Tom tried to remain low key. When he realized who it was they struck up a conversation and Tom invited him to an event out of gratitude. Considering his behavior in that incident, I doubt as mentioned in some comments that he was looking for attention. Maybe he is just a genuinely kind and down to earth person. Hey, I might have congratulated them on my run too (and who knows, maybe I'd be invited to take a selfie with them for the fun of it! Sooo they are having wedding pictures taken and he interrupts them to say... Hi I am Tom Hank. U must be a fan... Right? Rude

Looks like someone wanted publicity. Tom Hanks came with Rita Wilson and his son to see a show I was directing and playing the lead in. He hung around afterwards to thank me and was just such a lovely guy. Really genuine and kind about my show. He's absolutely the real deal, and just as nice as his reputation. So was Rita Wilson. You sure seem like such a nice man... How nice of you to stop and take pics with this couple... A great actor more importantly a great man. What an ego! I used to like Tom Hanks. Why would anyone want a family occasion to be intruded upon? But folk seem to worship slebs as if they were Greek gods these days . Exactly Wendy...bit weird and attention seeking....stars are way too far up their own butts these days and people worshipping them like they are Gods doesn't help the situation! If the couples did not mind it, why should you... it did not ruin their pictorials...they have something to brag about, do you have one, Wendy? If you truly are not a sleb craze like the rest of us... you won't comment about this much less know who Tom Hanks is...duhhhhhhhhhh?!?! They clearly wanted the picture. He could have jogged past, but stopped to say congratulations and they wanted a picture, stop being such a misery guts. Tom Hanks is an AWESOME, down to earth guy.
