So I just had a thought. Were the kids of the
sandlot representations of actual baseball players? The pitcher in
the sandlot throws a lot like Gibson. And Babe Ruth was a little heavy in the
waist but he pointed to the sky and scored a home run just like Ham did. In 63 international events (Olympics, World Cup, WBC,
PanAm Games) they've won 9 times. 54 other times it's been someone else's game.
Kelby!!!!! Been praying he would get called back up, but sad cause I
also was hoping to see him in Reno on fri!! Oh well... Kelby has a huge edge on
Hanson defensively but Hanson has a better bat by a lot, not that he has done
much lately. I will always appreciate the role
Bochy played in 3 World Series championships. He’s had a hall of fame career.
However it may be time to move on. When he starts doing things like sitting out
Crawford, their best player by a long shot, when you’re trying to avoid a sweep
by a division rival, he’s obviously just going through the motions. WOW..KELBY..loving
those plays out there! You are a Keeper!! Bochy needs to realize that. Really
have a good line up today...looking for a winner!! Just pathetic effort !! 3
measly runs in a hitters ballpark ( and none of their pitchers are Cy
Young!!).

They looked tired and lethargic ! No offense again. Really sad these guys can't hit in this series where you have to have offense going to win at Coors field. It was nice seeing Kelby play 3rd base for the Giants today. I just saw him last night in Sacramento playing 3rd base for the Rivercats. Playing in the most hitter friendl park in all of america and you score 3 runs.. why are they so inconsistent its like their scouting reports are all wrong... some fames they work the pitcher some games they swing on the first pitch... is this a hitting coach issue or just poor play and scouting. I see the potent giants offense is at it again. 6 innings and they can’t even score against a guy with an over 4 era. This is at Charlie Brown Supreme Shirt field too. In the 14 seasons since Bonds’ last MVP year, the Giants have had a player reach 30 HRs exactly 0 times. They have had a player reach 100 RBI exactly 1 time. That second stat especially explains just how bad this organization is at evaluating hitting talent. In reality they had no business winning any of those 3 WS but I’m glad they did. The pitching was great with timely hitting. Brian Campbell I've thought about that before. I think the 2012 team was a legit WS team, they had a real combination of hitting and pitching. But certainly the 2010 and 2014 teams had no business even being in the WS. Especially the 2014 team, which was basically just Bumgarner by himself. Todd Galloway and that will still be before the dodgers win a ring.. as you say what has the dodgers done lately.. choke!!!! Kip Byars What I come on here and post every time are facts. Real figures and supportable statements about this team's futile attempts to do anything positive. Yours are just continued attempts to get Connie Bang to notice you. been listening to “The Leach” too much. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and the
team that puts it together at the right time deserves to be champions, just ask
the Dodgers. I didn’t say they didn’t deserve
to be champions they made it there and got it together at the right time. They
don’t have that magic anymore and this group will never get it back. Andrew
Leach. Well, you could apply for that job too! You could be a one man
organization with your wealth of knowledge. Michael
Burgess....did you mean the ONLY National league team in the last 50 years in
the World Series to choke a game 7 away AT HOME? I wish they would just
cut him already.. hes the Dan uggla for this year except the giants havent cut
him. Hes not done anything all year. Best case for Jackson right now I think is
he somehow finds a way back in, starts hitting, and a team needing an
outfielder gives something decent. Not holding my breath but that’s how it
looks. Suarez usually seems to find ways to work out of trouble. But the
offense is in regular form tonight. Should be one of those nights where Suarez
gives them a quality start but the offense struggles to even get a runner past
1st.
