I completely agree, life is an athletic undertaking. I am going through this
transformation as we speak. I am physically getting in shape (or as in shape as
I want to be, I have no desire what so ever to be skinny), which in turn is
strengthening my body and mind, I sleep and rise early, I eat healthy (but not
boring).
