It takes a while for our flags, we know that. If you decide that you don’t want to wait, all you have to do is ask and we will give your money back. We pride ourselves on making a great product and won’t compromise quality for speed. We are the largest manufacturer of wooden flags in these United States and sometimes we get behind on a rotational basis. Holidays are usually huge for us. We employ 56 people who are vets or are family of vets and are always expanding ops and hiring new people, so we use flag sales to finance these things. There is no production model for hand made flags with custom artwork or engraving. We are still learning as we go, because this all started in a garage just four years ago. I thank everyone for your patience and we are ultra appreciative of the support!

Worth the wait. As a side note, my first flag was slightly damaged by UPS. They promptly and professionally sent me a new one with no hassle or problems. A pleasure to do business with. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you. because there are 10k orders ahead in the line. After we deliver a product, if there is ever an issue, we prioritize a replacement to be quick. which is all you can do and awesome of you to do that!! Keep up the good work.... currently waiting for ours...very excited.....and thank you for taking care of our vets and their families  Very happy with our product and well worth the wait. The only thing I would suggest is to get rid of the automated emails. It makes people think their project is on time and then all of a sudden when they think the end is near it’s another few months. Just tell people a longer lead time up front. Doing what you’re doing. These aren’t something that’s mass produced that lack quality, and they shouldn’t be expected to be made as such.
