Elizabeth, evidently you can’t put what actual words were said or they
will remove it. Wish they would have censored their movie as good as they
sensor our comments. The
movie was rated PG after all and there is swearing in PG movies. Not in
animated Disney PG movies before. They have given “language” warnings before
but they have not put these two words in animated Disney movies before. Dream
works has but now Disney has crossed that line.

Osborne "Disney has crossed that line" WHAT LINE? No one will even
reveal what the supposed swear word was, and half the people here who saw it
say they heard no swearing whatsoever. All
I heard in the movie was “oh my god” a couple of times I didn’t hear not one
single bad word in the whole movie. I swear people freak out over the littlest
of things these days Billy Meacham it’s stuff like that, that’s what
they’re complaining about. I posted the words but it got deleted lol Also the first Incredibles film had plenty of adult
themes. You want no swearing you’re better off letting your child see Cars. I
literally heard one word, and know what, my 7 year old said 'oooh mom, that's a
bad word. We don't say those words'. If ya can't teach ya kids, keep 'em at
home until you learn to parent. Nothing i
didn't hear in the first film... At least this one didn't have obscene amounts
of death. 
😃 These films are for adults, just as much as they are for kids. All pixar
films have subtle adult humor in them. No need to take things out of
proportion. Shoot, the short film before the
movie was more inapporpriate. I thought it was super dark for kids to see. Melissa Leman we keep putting it on here and the comments
keep being deleted. It looks like I am having a conversation with myself
because either fb or the administrator is removing the comments I was surprised by that too. I only heard one instance
(the "Well, I'll be d*mned") but my teens told me they counted four.
It was a really good movie for adults and older kids, but I thought it was a
bit intense for younger kids. If I had known that, I probably wouldn't have
brought my 5 and 8-year olds.

This movie was clearly catered for us 20 and older folks who grew up watching the first one when we were around your kids age. I heard no swearing throughout the movie whatsoever

made films with adult humor before. They don’t always cater to only children. I
wouldn’t be surprised if the sequel went over kids’ heads. Next time,

wasn't made for your 5 year olds who wasn't born when the first one came out.
The creators knew who it was for

research it first. That way, you'll be able to find out if there is anything in
the movie that you'd find objectionable. There are plenty of websites that you
can rely on to provide such information. Why didn't you visit one of those
sites before you decided to take your kids to see this movie? It really doesn't

you heard. My fiancé heard the same thing you did but I didn’t hear it that
way. The character grunted in frustration but sounded as if she cussed. She
didn’t though. Googled Incredibles 2 rating: Rated PG for action

swearing, drinking and using God and Lord in an inappropriate manor! As a
Disney fan and Pixar fan I was so DISAPPOINTED in the lack of judgment for this
family oriented film! We forget the first Incredibles film also had adult and
dark themes. Syndrome was responsible for the deaths of many supers. Disney
doesn’t always have to cater to only Fight For Old Dc Caps Shirt. Had anyone been paying
attention, they pretty much admitted that this movie wasn't really made for the
kids. It was made for the now adults who waited fourteen years for this film.
Why do you think there were so many adult struggles addressed in this film?
Because they aimed it at those kids who saw the first one in the theater. Elizabeth

honestly, don't you think the overall message of the movie (family support,
teamwork, settin aside individual needs for the support of others) supersedes
the 1 or 2 instances of mild language? I don't have kids, but would I let
me kids see both the first and second movies? 10 out of 10 times. Though I do
respect your opinion. I think parents need to start taking responsibility for
their own children.
